Thats shocking; but good you sold it.
What is the sense of owning a car when you don't have peace of mind. Also 10% depreciation is acceptable. BTW didn't you considered the CNG option?

you sold it :\ just because of the average or the other problems mentioned buy the members ?

so you planning on diesel ? or petrol ? sedan \ hatch ?
The average was a deal breaker and also the car didnt match for the cost its carrying. So it was either i push it now or bare it for 3 odd years and then push it! So decided to go ahead, it was pristinely maintained infact the person who took didnt even have a question it was that well maintained!

Looking at options but diesel it would be.

Rightly said if your not able to jell with a car no point holding on, I didnt want to look into a CNG gears and then again run around with Hyundai.

I have to state Verna Petrol was a major disappointment for me atleast, now it would surely be a diesel just checking out options.
So these are the options which I could recollect as of now:
Verna CRDi vs Rapid TDi vs Vento TDi vs Sunny Diesel vs Fiesta TDCi vs SX4 DDiS vs Linea vs Manza vs Etios vs others[lol]

Yep rightly said, when u spend soo much on such cars and you start worrying its def not a right situation to be at. For now will take a leisured decision looking at some options.
