About the tuning he wants the engine to sound louder he's already got a guy to do it for him. BTW why do these hyundais wreck after tuning them?
Ive seen a few elentras with race chips/piggy backs doing good for years.

yup pretty much thats how they are in Australia too

even BMW 3 series and Merc C class , Audi A3/4 are daily driven cars here. If someone owns one of those they are not really called rich. Because they have similar sort of prices compared to full size sedans.

There is a different class though , sports. Specially Supra, Silvia, 350z, etc etc. they are pure love

The problem in India are the taxes which keeps car price high, fuel prices are high & comparatively purchasing power parity (PPP) is less in India.

Eg. You can buy lot more for $10 in US than Rs.500 in India.

ok my friends sonata is under the modifiers hands, getting cold air intake, changing the exhausts and to help the gdi engine take all this mods his modifier is replacing his ecu as well with a modified one. Warranty is anyways cancelled but the modifier will be taking care of engine related work.
haven't spoke to my pal in detail but this is what he msged me, total costs comes to around 90k
