First they had to be cranked with a handle. Then came the key. The fancy things these days are a push-button starter and keyless entry. But that too will be yesterday in 2019, when the new-gen Hyundai Santa Fe goes on sale next year. The SUV will come fitted with a scanner on its door handles and the ignition button, which will allow the driver to unlock and then start the vehicle using his/her fingerprints.

Hyundai Motor Group Unveils Wireless Electric Vehicle Charging and Automated Parking Systems Concept


Hyundai Motor Company and Kia Motors Corporation featuring the concept of electric vehicle wireless charging system with the Automated Valet Parking System (AVPS). The system will offer a convenience to drivers who are faced with an overcrowding of both parking and charging locations. It relocates fully charged vehicles from charging stations and allows other awaiting electric vehicles to charge.

India’s leading carmaker, Hyundai Motors has launched a new service program which aims to provide better after sales service to its customers. Called the Door-Step Advantage, it is a door-step servicing program for customers. With this new initiative, Hyundai customers present at more than 475 locations across India are expected to be benefited. The Korean manufacturer is aiming towards making the service experience fast, seamless and hassle-free for its customers by offering this new initiative. This will further add to the already good service support of the company and will have a positive impact on sales.

3 new Hyundai cars to be launched this year



India’s second largest car maker Hyundai has planned to launch 3 all new cars this year. This includes the Styx, Kona and the Tucson Facelift. Note that all of them are SUVs or better to say, SUV bodied vehicles. Apart from these, the company will launch many other cars too like the new updated models of Grand i10, Xcent, Elite i10 and Creta. The company plans to have a car in every segment of the Indian auto market and also has set its eyes for a much higher sales goal than last year.

Hyundai Creta Crosses 5 Lakh Sales Milestone

The Hyundai Creta SUV has recently crossed the five lakh sales milestone worldwide. Since its launch in 2015, the company has sold over 3.70 lakh units in India and over 1.40 lakh in export markets. Currently, the Hyundai Creta is the best-selling model in the compact SUV segment in India and the company sells an average of over 10,000 units a month. As of now, the Creta is sold in India priced at ₹ 9.60 lakh to ₹ 15.63 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
