• Below is the list of lucky few who've been shortlisted on first-come basis.

• This is the final list. In case there are still any drop-outs, those who're currently in the waitlist will be offered the opportunity.

• Due to policies, unfortunately we're unable to include the teenagers and those who're anyway associated with auto manufacturers.

• We've already dispatched confirmation mails with complete details to all 30 members. Requesting to check it and revert ASAP.

• AppU and Sethu are the local point of contacts for this event. Please fully cooperate and coordinate with them during the entire Plant Tour.

• Those arriving from outside of Chennai might also want to contact shortlisted members from their respective city to plan travel arrangements etc.

Hey Guys!
I m sure there are a bunch of enthusiast travelling on the early morning of the 21st for the meet and once a life time opportunity. I m driving out from bangalore on 21st march @0300hrs. Can we organise a convoy to start from after the TOLL (Bangalore/Hosur border). This can lead to future meets I hope!

Me, Girish, Vishwas And Anand (ss80) are coming together. Its better we start by 2, that is meet at EC toll at 2.15 and leave together. So we will have
enough time for breakfast.

my plan is, friday noon, ill board bus from coimbatore and will reach chennai by friday night. will be staying in my uncle's home in avadi. morning i can drive to sriperambathur in my uncle's car.

Hello guys!

Been long time since I came into this thread, happy to say that my name got into the list and thanks to TheAutomotiveIndia.com

We from Bangalore have planned to start in the early hours of Saturday from Electronics city Toll Booth which is in turn our all Bangalore members meeting place

Route to be taken is [MAP]Electronic City to Sri Perumbudur[/MAP]

Meet Chennai guys at the plant and have a formal introduction

Visit the plant and go for lunch together, Sethumurugan and Appu, can you guys Throw light in some good restaurants like we had in Pune??

Then we bade good bye and return back to our respective places.

Points to be noted:
- This is a self sponsored meet mainly for fuel,food and for tolls.

- No hard drinks or act of mis-behaviour entertained.

- People joining in car pool not to force the owners of the car to drive.

- No over-speeding or breaking rules while in a convoy, instead it will be great if we are in a convoy

- Since the drive include going in the night, all the Bangalore members are driving their cars are requested to have sufficient sleep in the evening and prepare your rides well before.

- Advised to carry lots of water bottles and be in liquids to face the summer heat.

Urge everyone to acknowledge the above points(except last one).
