Details-

Master cylinder- cast aluminum,cylinder dia 0.25 inches.
Slave Cylinder- Machined aluminum, cylinder dia 0.75 inches.
Silicon V seals used.
The slave was milled out of a solid chunk of aluminum using a CNC, and is as solid as possible.
The connecting pipes are steel braided used for industrial machinery.
Fluid used is DOT 4.


Advantages-
1. Easier clutch movement, much less force.
2. No adjustments or maintenance.
3. Fit And Forget reliability.

The clutch feedback thing is a MYTH, and is busted. guys, u have to ride any of these bikes to feel the feedback. AWesome!!
Better than any of the bikes ive ridden so far.(Most indian Bikes)

As for Cost it was an experimental project for my final year B.Tech, and came to about 12k for two bikes. But will come down significantly if i wanted to make another, as lots of trial and error with wrong calculations extended the budget.

The mechanism doesn't touch any internals or any part for that matter. Complete Bolt-On. You can revert back to mechanical in about 15 mins.

The main joy of this setup is in Bumper 2 Bumper. I am using just two fingers to actuate.

May be yes , less tiring on left hand so smooth riding , no harsh in accelerator , so more FE

every thing is available on aliexpress.com, the slave cylinder maybe fabricated but all the other parts are off the self
