The problem with bangalore weather is when it rains it becomes more cold, soon after that people start falling ill, thats why maybe people run for cover when it rains here...

One more thing i noticed is even if it is cold its not the dry cold type, its more of a moist cold atmosphere, ive travelled to all major cities way too colder (3 degrees and all) never have my sinisitus problem there for months ! but when i step into bangalore ?? Lo ! it just comes back [frustration]

Since i was born and brought up in Bangalore, i felt our city was the best of all because of moderate temperatures in Summer too.
AFAIK 36C was the highest degree Bangalore had touched and the lowest being 13C which was a week back.

My BIL who lives in Bangalore just came to Hyderabad with his family for a weekend and looks to be very much relieved with the kind of weather in Bangalore these days[clap]

Rockstar29,Gurrala74I agree with you.

BBSR is really a lovable city, winters are pleasant summers are exhausting, rains are disgusting, but we all love this city due to its greenery and people, but i think you should be visiting here once (if not),you will be amazed to see the no. of vehicles on road.According to a report there are on an average around 1051 vehicles been registered at RTO daily and vehicle no. have gone upto 7 lakhs till date.(Cant imagine such increasing no.s in BBSR,but its true)
I think the major reason for unpleasant season change is POLLUTION.
I have still not removed a/c from my 800(even if it drinks a lot of fuel) due to this only.It becomes so dusty and smoky in some crowdy areas where you will be forced to close your car windows and move.

Well the winter hit us hard this week starting Friday and there was a winter warning was declared on friday. And it has been snowing since Saturday night and will stop tonight (Sunday) and the snow accumulation would be around 10-12 inches.

And temperature right now is -1 C but will drop to -15 C by morning (Monday).

Attaching some pics, enjoy snow

That looks worst weather conditions with the pics and temperature drop. I have experienced similar thing during my Europe trip few years back. I was literally locked in the hotel for 3 days completely[:)]

Just back from Delhi was showing its typical winter starting in the mornings and evenings and caught up with cold there and today in Hyderabad I feel bit hot after coming back from Delhi

Yes sir it was really bad. I was enjoying the snow until my friend told me that we gotta remove our cars and park it on the next street as the one on which our car was parked and that street was supposed to be a snow emergency route[frustration].

Was a total pain to clean the car and area around the car so that i can take it out. And than clean the area again where i had to park it. Took me around 40-45 min.

And yes Delhi gets really cold around this time of the year. Dec & Jan are really cold and also lot of fog.

Is he fed up with the chilling weather?
You know one thing? People who are in Bangalore for many years are also now suffering from the chillness now-a-days, and it will be very uncomfortable for the people who come from hot and humid places.

Its again 13C today, rumors spreading is that the least temperature that Bangalore could see this winter would be 10C. Reallly tough for people who wake up early.

I can't say he got fed up, but since he has a little child these days and he finds it tough where she gets ill and he has to run to the doctors and also he says that this winter is something different than before[:)]

The weather is pretty pleasant here in Ranchi. It rained last night and the cloudy weather has added a bit of relief from the biting cold.

OT: I am a guy who has lived in Nagpur, so 8-10 deg is too cold for me[lol].
