Hey Guys, Let me try to help you with this. Solution is simple. Use HARPIK toilet cleaner to get rid of cement stains. Belive me I work in a cement plant and I face this problem everyday. Fine cement particles stick on the car and dont get washed away with normal wash. All you have to do is to use diluted HARPIK and gently rub it over the stained area. Once the particles have seperated from the vehicles body clean immediately with fresh water..

Just try it. Hope this helps.

PS : Be careful while using this toilet cleaner as its acidic in nature and it might harm your skin. Car wash guys nearby use this in undiluted state but wash the thing with pressure within 5 minutes. Also note that frequent use of HARPIK will fade the color of the vehicle. But its OK to use it once or twice in six months.

Hey. its very simple to remove the cements spots but you have to keep patience while doing this. just take a water spray, same as used in hair cutting saloon, put one sache of shampoo in it, then get the used scrapper from the painter, just spray the shampoo water on the cement spot and remove it with the scraper, the angle between the scrapper and cement spot surface will not be more than 30 degree.

dont worry it will not get scratched the painted surface. myself did it sucessfully for my swift zxi.

Enjoy...

I tried distilled white vinegar (a mild acid) and this worked. [clap]
Although with a lot of efforts.
But I have dome some 'extra power work' , which created a spot on my bonnet.[cry]

I too had a thin layer of cement dust on my Hyundai i20 car and I washed the car without shampoo (Because shampoo got over the previous time itself). I thought that it was just normal dust, I didn't know it was cement.

As suggested here, I tried both diluted Harpic and Vinegar on some parts of car body (Just to see which one is more suitable). I found Vinegar to be most effective on Glass whereas diluted harpic was most effective on body paint parts.

So I suggest -
Diluted Harpic - For Body Paint Parts
Vinegar - For Glass Parts
