I have the same problem on my 2009 ivtec. I got new tyres first , Bridgestone 185/65/R15. Still the same issue, so I went with all shock absorbers Change. Still the problem persists, I can feel every small bump on the road and it feels like I've been driving a truck. Gives out loud banging noises. It smoothens a bit after oiling the shock ups but it's the same again. Does anyone have any solution ?

No such issues on my end, I had a slight khad khad soound which turned out to be the brake caliper which needed greasing and my pads had worn out
Im also running on 185 Bridgestones
I have 2010 VMT model with OEM alloys if it makes a difference

For bumps, it has a tendency to be bumpy at low speed , something the competition is better at but this changes at higher speeds where the stiff suspension is a boon

If you hear khat sound on speedbreakers, its the mudflap scraping unless the sound is metallic, wherein its a large breaker

Otherwise no issues for me on Mumbai roads save for 1-2 speedbreakers
