Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has introduced the ‘Smart Workshop’ Mobile App, designed to enhance the customer experience by providing real-time insights of their vehicle's service progress.

- The ‘Smart Workshop’ mobile app enables the customers to track every stage of their vehicle's service readiness through a single SMS link.
- A vehicle passes through various stages in service center from Vehicle In - Vehicle Repair - Vehicle Out. Upon completion of each stage, the customer will receive a notification through SMS link.
- Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India is looking to expand the Smart Workshop Mobile App into all authorised main dealer service centers across India by the end of next year in a phase-wise manner.
- The implementation has already started from cities like Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Jaipur. This facility is expected to benefits customers in terms of reduced waiting time, service readiness visibility etc.
