Maharashtra has made HSRP mandatory for all vehicles registered before April 1, 2019. Deadline for same is March 31, 2025. Non-compliance will attract penalties and denial of services such as transfer and address change.

Hi All,

Is Book My HSRPP - High-Security-Number-Plate Booking a valid provider of HSRP?
Everywhere I can see https://bookmyhsrp.com/ as a valid provider. Was just trying my luck for Kerala registration vehicle and cannot find in the bookmyhsrp site. Then came across hsrpprto where KL is also getting listed. But is this a valid provider? Anyone tried?

I have booked through makemyHSRP.com by paying Rs.712 (including tax).

The number plate fitment date I opted was 12th may, but it seems the plate is not yet reached at the dealer (KVR Tata, Kannur)

I have checked the status through their website (bookmyhsrp) and there it shows that number plate despatched.

Waiting for a call from the dealer.

I think it is possible as they ask our option where to deliver the number plate (any dealer), so possibly you can ask them to deliver the number plate in any of the dealers near you (or where you have been servicing the vehicle now). If they cannot deliver at a particular dealer, then they will notify same before accepting the booking.

(In fact, I have asked for another dealer which is very close to my home, but that dealer place is not listed on makemyhsrp website hence I asked another one)

Try and see what response you get.

On Saturday, I spoke to my Tata Motors dealer here about the HSRP plate, who confirm it has already arrived. This morning I went to their sales office and collected the number plates and took it to the service center and got it fixed.

I had to wait for an hour to get the job done as all the mechanics were busy and already attending vehicles the time I arrived there.

They did not charge any money for the fitment.

There were two number plates, one sticker and set of rivet in the pack. The sticker has to be fixed on the windscreen (top left side).
