Our car markets are full of people like these, beware of these kind of people.
Stay away from sony never heard anyone using sony's ICE equipment in his car. But i used sony's HU (worst HU worth of 7 grand at that time) when i was also a noob and felt that sony could be good but not in ICE.

Hi appus no need to change your car's stock HU. Buy a JBL components which costs 5k i think and JBL coaxial speakers for rear. No damping or amplifier needed for such a setup. Bith the speakers and installing them will cost 10k.

I had a Sony HU and got a Cerwin vega coaxials installed at the rear with a 4 ch amp installed since your requirement is minimum you can go for front components which should be 8 k inclusive installation!!

All these prices are from dealers in Trivandrum. I am sure all these can be bought at substantial discount from dealers in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore where competition between auto accessories dealers are more intense unlike in my city Trivandrum where there are only couple of dealers who sell good products like Polk and Rockford.

When you buy ICE always buy products that are worth it because for example even if you want to upgrade your components or amplifier in just couple of months after buying them, you will have to sell them at substantial loss so always buy products that you will keep for a long time and not for a short period of time.

PS - I know i have far exceeded you budget. Apologies for doing so

Then instead of going for Polk DB6501 components you can go for Rockford Fosgate R16-S prime components which cost 5.5k and connect it directly to your HU. I have connected my RF R-16S components directly to HU and trust me Rockford rocks. Even with out an amp RF speaker produces awesome sound clarity and bass. So If you buy Rockford R-16S speakers for your front component setup you can eliminate JBL GT-646 amplifier and instead go for JBL GT-X424 2 channel amplifier to power the subwoofer. Also instead of going for RF 12in subwoofer in enclosure you can go for 10in RF subwoofer with enclosure.

Price will come down significantly.
