Looks more like a facelifted Figo then a new-gen Figo. Also as present Figo is based on old fiesta so new gen Figo should be based upon new Fiesta.

It looks more cohesive design though :)

Few things I noticed:
- Centre portion on the hood has been carved in a bit more (Fluence type)
- Headlamps have turned little curvier
- Front grill has shrunk a bit
- Did the GC looked a bit increased for me!

From front and back end it looks nice,specially rear end.I think its now time for Ford to introduce a facelifted Figo.The present one has already started looking old.

The car shown in rendering is actually sold as Fiesta Ikon in South America. There’s a speculation that Ford might release its sedan version to replace Fiesta Classic.

It’s the side profile that looks disproportionate but rear lamps are stylish and remind me a lot of Mondeo.

Very true! First sight of rear lamps reminded me very much of Mondeo !! But whether Ford is really keen on replacing Classic in India? Its doing well to them without any additional efforts [thinking]
