According to Motor Vehicle Act, side and front / rear sun films must have visibility of at least 50% and 70% respectively. So mine will be lighter than the PS version.

I did sun-films fitment for my White Vista this weekend. Going by the laws for all glasses is a bit costlier. Garware icecool will cost 8000+ taxes for 100% RTO approved films on all the sides (windshiled including)
Thought it was a bit too much for me and therefore did the following which suited my budget,
Garware classic on sides & rear - 35-40% visibility; 45-55% heat rejection with 3 years manufacturer warranty @ visibility & heat rejection.
Shade >> Natural ash
Garware Ice-cool for Windshield - 70% visibility; 50-55% heat rejection with 5 years manufacturer warranty @ visibility & heat rejection
It is giving very good cooling effect and heat rejection was certainly up to the mark (at least to my satisfaction).
Cost was okay as this was done through a friend of my Brother in law. Got very good discount on the package.
