Climate change has already started. And it will cause more severe issues than what we might tend to think of. It might be the reason for us to go extinct along with many other species. And the world as we know today will surely see its end in the next two decades max if we still live the way we live. And I am not joking.

If we have Decade or two, that is enough time for Human to create an underground world system or capture mars or Moon.
But the point you made is very valid."if we still live the way we live" It should not take more than few yrs to see extinction.

About this 'Doomsday' thing,I have a very sweet Hindi word for it 'BAKWAAS(CRAP)'.
If it will come,then let it come.What will happen?We will die,none else.But then why to worry when not only we but also the people whom we are scared to leave back will also die.

In other words,I don't believe such craps at all.The day I'll die is the doomsday for me.

Well,if this comes true with me then I wanna make one more wish "Just leave all the highways,fuel pumps and all the cars in the world unhurted"...this will help me live 'driving' throughout the life..or say it will be true LIVE TO DRIVE situation.
