Thank you Lucas, Aditya, Music_Swift,
This is how I did it

What do you need
1. Pencil
2. Paper
3. Wife who will shop for cosmetics so that you can get the plastic container [;)]
4. Gold Spray paint(Preferably Chrome finish one)
5. Some old news paper
6. Fevistick
7. Patience

So start off by putting the paper on the steering wheel and trace the Chevrolet logo.

After you get a nice copy, apply some glue on the backside and stick the plastic material which you want to make your logo with.

The material I wanted to use at first was a Veneer board I had lying around from some work in the apartment. But dropped the idea because the logo was 3D on the steering wheel(it protruded out a bit in the middle) and that the veneer board wouldnt be able to bend to stick it correctly.

So I took the plastic bag that my wife has, cut a small portion and stuck it to the back of the traced-out logo.

Cut the plastic slowly and perfectly.

Paint It
I used a Gold Spray paint that I got from my local Hardware store. Although I would have preferred to have a Chrome one that gives a glossy finish. The store didnt have it.

So applied some glue and stuck the transparent plastic logo to the newspaper and began spray painting it.

Painted it couple of times with 30 minute interval in between.

and Voila!!!!

I ended up with this.

Downside
Since it is plastic, I know that if by accident the gold logo on the steering comes in contact with a sharp object, it will most probably lose its color on contact. Normal touching is fine. I've had it for a week almost now and it is great.

Such a big text for such a small DIY
If you are still reading, thank you for your time[:D]

Plans that I have for the interior, Since I have my seats matching the cars color,

1. I want the Door fabric inserts to be red. I went in search for a good adhesive today. No shop seems to stock the 3M spray adhesives
2. Next, the black leather near the Gear shaft should make way to a red one :)
3. Using Google Navigation a lot these days, so a holder for my phone. I really love that app. No need of asking anyone and getting the directions that they know(which in most cases are wrong in Hyderabad :))God bless google for giving us Android :) and Google Maps.
4. A Boot Lamp
5. Am racking my brains as to what can be done to the rear. I just don't like Spark's look from behind.

If anyone knows how to stick a piece of fabric to plastic, pls let me know.
I wanted this
Scotch® India - Product Catalog:*3M Super 77 Spray adhesive
But couldn't find it in the stores indicated in that link.

No matter what we do with this car, we cannot shake it off the "small and cute" image that it has among people

Till 80 the car is fine,80-100 you feel shaky above 110 the car will start flying. Maybe it will feel more planted with 4 adults /luggage. I drive alone.

On smooth road I never felt any vibration or shaky kind of feeling upto 110 kmph in my spark that recently completed 23000 kms. Post 110 it takes 6 -8 secs to reach 120 and after that it takes some time to reach 130. BTW I mostly drive with a luggage filled boot and seldom cross the limit of 90 kmph. But yes post 100 kmph on unevenly patched road gives a shaky feeling.
