Caution: Honda Amaze / City iDTEC - Engine Clogging

I had gone to take TD of City, 6 months back, and raised same concern with the dealer. The SE told me that they are fitting some extention till Honda comes up with official solution.The even called me to see it at ASS but I could not go.
I don't have pics, but will try to take soon.

AFA, warranty is concerned, it was denied to the owners who suffered hydrolocking due to OE placed air intake.

seems it like a jugaad done by the dealer and the company least aware of the problems or turning a deaf ear to the problem.

i think many honda cars in other countries also encounter the same problem. the only plus point there is that they get all parts of the shelf and not screwing the customers for taking their cars to authorized dealerships only. but also dont know about insurance procedures.

on other note has anybody asked the workshop manager/ people about the same?
