First find out your NCB % which can vary from 20% to 50%. Second ensure all the policies offered are same in vehicle valuation & deductibles (there will be) etc. Then it will be easy to compare & decide I think.

In my experience
Insurance by Maruti dealer was fantastic . Otherwise I prefer govt insurance company .
