Hey guys,
Was held up with work the last weekend. Here are some pics taken in July this year. I'm not sure about the present situation. Will try to visit this weekend and update.















The boating charge is around 300 I guess.

Please do suggest any other place. If the lake is dried out or if there is any other issue, we can switch to plan B.

Here is a small suggestion - there is a dhaba on the way to this lake, which serves good food. We can then head to Mekedatu/Muthathi/Bheemeshwari/Cauvery fishing camp.
Would that fine guys?

I wish I join the first meet of the year. I am in USA, will be travelling back to India on Feb first week of 2012. Please don't forget to invite me in any meets after Feb 2012.

Hello guys,only a week is pending to decide for the meet so we'll plan for the meet at Kanakpura lake,that would be better and i request Members from Bangalore to confirm their presence for the meet here ASAP.

Hi Guys, I am currently in Chennai, but would be visiting bangalore for that week. Mostly I would be driving down to Bangalore in my car. In case, if it is not possible, I may fly travel by train. Is it ok if I can join any of you if I don't bring my car. Please let me know so that I can have alternate plan :)

Would love to attend the meet, though I do have some plans for that day. Will defenitely try to accomodate this. Can you put us the tentative timings, place where we all can meet before taking off to the destination. That would help everyone plan for it.

We had 11 members and 7 cars which participated in the meet.

So we can add a poll for the meet to be conducted in January or February because too many of them are replying for Feb

All, I would say Feb could be the best time as 8th Jan is too early for all returning back from vacations like me. (just my suggestion)
