Just have the spark plug and airfilter changed that is all that needs to be done from your description.
Air filter is less than one year old and only used around 18K km. Starting is perfectly fine with this plug.
bike crossed 53K Km mark. Decarbanisation isn't required?

Wow Rs9k for Decarbonization... nice one.. better we bring a paper bag, so that they can chop our head and put it the bag and give it to us.

If I was in Kerala I would Decarbonize your bike.

I given the Bike for decarbonisation and a normal paid service today. I shall get bike on tomorrow evening.
Interesting thing in this case is, I given the bike to my nearest service center who only quoted rs.1K for the de carbonation and their main dealers quoted Rs.3.5 k for the job.

Engine de carbonisation and valve setting had done on bike.ASS taken 4 days and Rs.1448 for this. Since i done the engine oil change 2 days before the work,Oil change not done after that.

Bike got smoother after that. But the bike feels struggle to breath due to the clogged air filter.
Since air filter not in stock and no other option, i just taken out the filter put some holes with safety pin in the paper filter. This made the ride more smoother for the first 20 kms today morning and again the bike was difficult to catch up speed above 70 km/hr. It feels like the accelerator cable become tight while riding but the Accelerator is free and easy to twist when the gear is in neutral or engine off.

Damages after the work
1. Black paint lost on the engine head pins
2. Tank fixing not done properly and the water drain pipe from the tank has jammed between the chase and tank made rain water blockage on the tank opening area. This i had fixed by removing and re fixing of drainage pipes.
3. one horn was not working, while checking i found that the wire cut from the horn socket. I am sure this happened while the mechanics work on head removal but they even not care to reconnect that wire.
4. Washing done was just to remove the oil stains from engine area and not cleaned any other area except water splashing. This made water enter inside the Head lamp. Though i washed this bike several times in service station, water never get in the Head lamp and i suspect how this happened this time. The HL doesn't have a scratch any where.

Anyway i am just happy that they charged only less than half amount than their main dealer quoted which is just 8 km away and they doesn't told any non sense like them that it needed piston, valve & rings need to be replaced, since i was not done de carbonisation on specified KM.

Though I owning a Suzuki bike for past 3 years and extremely happy with it, today only understand why many people still not buying a good quality Suzuki product. I just want to inform you all people about my experience with 2 Suzuki service centers at Ernakulam. I visited both SCs today to give my bike to do a engine de carbanisation.....
My advise is never go the authorized dealers since they maintain a lot of overheads which they try to recover from us. Even if you complain to Suzuki Motorcycles they will not take any action. As i have said in my another review Suzuki's marketing and service needs lot of improvement.
