I've already decided.
My dad has agreed to buy me 1 car per month + another 3-4 for my B'day/Festivals.
2-4 of these will belong to the "General Category", while all the others will be "American Classics & Classics from around the world" and 2-3 cars from Chinese brands per year.
Most of the Figurines are based on the '50s-'70s, so I want to get a few.

All thanks to you, for recommending that I concentrate on a particular style of cars.
My dad is happy too!

BTW, how much did the BMW cost??

That Kyosho has been there for AGES!! Not one of their best. Anyways, if you like it, you should get it.

That is because the Reventon was never made in any other color. That gives me an Idea BTW.....

1: He has already bought it. And it looks good. And how does it make it a difference how long a car has been lying on the shelfs?

2: No, please NO.
I am not a huge admirer of your ideas.
You end up wrecking some pretty decent cars.

To answer your queries:

1. Ever heard of Paint Fade? And the Modelart in Bangalore have Yellow lighting in their displays. Which is VERY bad for scale models. Are you the expert here or Am I??

2. To each his own my friend.

This post wasnt meant to disrespect you, I am just stating facts which I have learnt over the last yew years.

Well, I knew it was lying there for long, my friend, but loved it . It was dusty, but on close inspection, there was no problem with it. The windows are OK, need some cleaning though, and the paint looks bright!

BTW
1) I need 4 wheels of a 1:18 to convert a butchered old Citroen into a Hot Road. Do ya have any?
2) Any Idea where I can get an AA Pajero?

I picked up this Kyosho Audi Q7 today. Really awesome. Incomparable with most of my models. The detailing is just great! And it towers over all of my coupes, converts and sportscars! The view and interiors are breathtaking.
