Ants Getting in My Car Dashboard

Guys just buy a Hit the red one .Spray properly in infected area. Be careful use a mask. After spray close your car door with glasses rolled up. It wil take hardly 10 minutes to kill every insect in the car. Dont use your car for next 24 hours. Clean the car and now spray a good air freshner. Purchase a good insecticide from an agriculture seed store and spray it on your parking place after every 4-5 days .

Hello Friends,

I have come across this weird problem of Ants in my car's dashboard. I basically park my car outside. Its recently serviced, vacuumed and no instances of any food in my car. These are tiny red ants in the dashboard.

Its very irritating to see these crawling on the dashboard.

When googled, I found that they are attracted to grease.

Has anybody experienced this? Any thoughts?

Same thing happened to me few months back as my kids incidentally put some chips packet on dashboard, and in hurry as it was late in night, even I failed to notice the same.

To my horror next morning, the ants were all over place, from dashboard to glove box. The simple thing I did was vacuum clean my car and then simply put Naphthalene Balls all over place and problem was solved in couple of days without dead bodies of ants..
