Attending for sure. Please confirm venue as soon as it is firmed up. The track seems like the ideal choice but really not if we're going to be stuck in the stands. Anyways, looking to meet folks and see some nice cars too, if possible. BTW, At what time is the Volkswagen Polo cup race scheduled to happen? If it is in the evening or noon, maybe the previously decided location can be kept and then the fleet can march ahead to the desired location, just in case if somebody else wishes to drop in suddenly (?). Otherwise, we need to inform about the change soon, at least to the attendees.

Yeah but this passes thing is worrying me and Zinam! Me and Zinam are trying to get the passes from the morning but in vain! I want to know if any other member managed to get them! The passes can be printed from the official website but each time i print i am getting only a blank page!
I tried to register at "www.polocup.in",but the same page(Registration) column appears again,is there any other way to get the pass?
For me, the process was quick and completed flawlessly. Please make sure that your browser is not preventing the pop-ups to appear, since the pass shows in a new window.
Assuming the issue is not in your printer, why not take a screenshot of pass and print out that image? Here's mine, for example:

@ 350Z My printer is working fine , i tried other print outs just to check it. The thing is i am not getting any image of the pass too! All i get is a dialog box asking to print and when i click print all i get is a blank page!

Guys i have got a print out of the entry passes for the event for all the members based on your original names given here in this forum except Monkey1 , i couldn find his real name! We have to be there by 10:30AM on sunday at the Irungattukotai race track.
Now my doubt is will we be asked any proof for entry? If so i think all members attending the meet will be having a valid DL and so i request all members to carry your DL with you for the event.
So guys please PM your mobile numbers to either Zinam or me as soon as possible , so that it will be easier to meet each other at the spot.
