Hey, the title was named in that manner to inform or share the news at the earliest so that people who has internet access can at least know a little % of what's going on in that particular region.

A warning is issued before an incident or event occurs or is likely to occur so that people can take evasive / corrective action. When people share news about an incident or event after it has occured, it cannot be termed as warning.

No offense meant to anyone, just putting forth my view.

I felt slight tremors in Delhi just a few minutes ago at around 4:22 PM. Anyone else?

^^ Reported on NDTV site as well - Earthquake in Delhi, magnitude unknown. Tremors felt in Chandigarh, Ahmedabad & Surat too.

A quick Google search tells that epicenter was Iran with magnitude of 7.8 richter scale. Hope all are safe there.

Earthquake Tremors Shake Delhi and NCR Today

Buddies,

Shocking news, Delhi-NCR experience tremors of Earthquake today afternoon. The duration was around 2 minutes. Richter scale intensity is 7.1 and origin is Nepal.

Hope all of you are fine. I felt it when my car shook a bit at a signal. Please take care and report your view.

Earthquake tremors felt in Noida and NCR twice. Time 2:42pm. Intensity of tremors quite considerable.

Yes it was buddy, I was sitting on my sofa and suddenly i started to shake. Then I saw the water moving in the bottle which was lying in front of me and I just told my wife about the same and we both went out of the house.

The origin was in Afghanistan and the earthquake was of 8.1 rictor scale according to the news.

Yes i was in class when it happened and immediately had to evacuate the building. Classes got cancelled early.

News

Earthquake tremors felt in NCR-Delhi just 5-7 minutes back! Those awake please switch on TV Sets.

Epicenter in Uttra Khand near Rudraprayag and magnitude was between 5.3-to-5.8

Here the tremors were felt for about 15-20 seconds. I was having water and the floor below me shook and so did the bottles of water. Tomorrow morning, newspaper would give clear picture.
