Is it a right deal? Should I go for Sonata? Please do let me know your suggestions.

Friends, please suggest me on the above subject. I'm quite interested on the size of Embera + 140hp CRDi mill. But worried about maintenance and any major issues.

In my views NO..Sonata Embera is not the car to go for.Even an Octy will prove to be a better choice than it.
Hi Vipul, can you please explain why? Is it expensive to own / maintain Embera? Or does it come with loads of issues? [confused]

It comes loaded with some minor issues+its expensive to maintain+its tough to sell off.
Once you buy the car and by mistake if you feel that you have taken a wrong decision, then also you will have to live with it or sell it off at dirt cheap price...even lower than what you paid for it.

Buddy, will you please take the pain of again explaining the 'current' state of your planning and buying decision?
This may help we people even better to find the perfect solution to the problem.

My current state is [confused]

Fact is I'm quite busy with work, leaving early in the morning and reaching home late night. Every day I get calls from potential buyers for my NHC, but unfortunately I could not meet them and struggling to sell her. Also I get calls from many dealers for Linea MJD & Optra Magnum, neither I could visit them for TD / negotiation. Week ends I'm travelling to my hometown as I have got a bunch of works pilled up for my marriage.

Back to the topic, looking for Linea MJD or Optra Magnum only. So, left with no other option of selling my City (I should do that first, before looking for replacement. Fiesta can serve me until I get a replacement) And budget is 5L max.

Got an offer from Individual for Feb 2008 Optra Magnum LT with 65k on odo.
I think the child around that area used this card as their scribling pad, drawn so many flowers and initials all around the car with some sharp object (though it is not so deep, rubbing cannot help and it is clearly visible too) No dents or deep scratches. LH tail lamp is cracked.
IRVM is missing, AC gas hose is leaking (but cooling is good even at hot afternoon)

3 tyres needs replacement. Had a short TD. I dont find anything wrong, steering, brakes, gear shift, clutch everything is good.

Quoted 5L.

What else should I check in the car?

Guys,

Paid advance for 2009 Linea MJD.
Variant: Emotion
Color: Flamenco Red
Mileage: 35k
Owner: Single
Insurance: Expired yesterday[frustration]
Price: 5.1L

Overall condition of the vehicle is good, with negligible exterior scratches (hardly I could find one or two)
Issues:
- Gear knob is loose
- Steering wheel leather wrap outer layer started peeling off
- FR LH power window glass is loose, makes rattle when rolled down (my mechanic said that can be adjusted)
- RH vanity mirror comes out
- Key fob is not in good condition (all 3 buttons needs hard press)

I have a query here
- Doesn't the emotion come with alloy wheels? This car has no alloys. R15 tyres with steel rims
