10th Auto Expo - Silver Jubilee Year!

Ya, please confirm this ASAP as no railway tickets are available now but still have to do something as anyhow am coming to delhi for my Haridwar trip but after coming to delhi and not attending Auto-expo will be most frustrating moment for me.
Also, what do they mean by trade visitors because even they have different timings, whats the criteria for Trade visitors.
Also, could any letter from a automotive dealer or an auto-consultant solves the above query?
I can arrange that easily.

Sorry, i meant business visitors because business visitor's timings are more suitable even if i cant make for 5th or 6th, because my train will be in the evening on 7th so i think i can manage for 7th, as the timing for general visitors is after 3.00PM. Also you might have attended the previous expo's so how much time does it takes to visit the whole expo???

You can drop a mail to them regarding business entry and about the time to visit complete expo, It took almost a complete day for me, In the last 2008 Expo I reached at 10:00 AM and covered up everything by around 7:00 PM, Still I missed the Vintage Hall which was closed by that time, But somehow I managed to take a quick glance.

As far as I know, There's no need to book tickets in advance, You can get them on the spot once you reach here. Best day would be a weekday as already mentioned by Umang, and I would suggest you to reach in morning at Pragati Maidan so that you don't have to wait in long queues to book tickets, Also, You can easily cover the complete Auto Expo within few hours and get back to your destination before evening.

So looking at the timetable posted by BS, i think it will be better to attend on 7,8 jan. But the timing for general visitors is after 3pm. Is the queue so long that i will have to arrive in the morning to get the ticket for 3pm. If thats the case at what time does the expo start?

yup there is no harm, but i think if i can confirm what exactly they mean by business visitors so that i can register according to that, i mean i can give the name of my uncle's Auto-consultancy firm as business name & address so as to get in business visitors criteria as i can give the name and address of my own company. Otherwise double registration can be troublesome.
Many times the only difference between general and business visitors is the registration fee, but i am not sure of this particular event. If any one knows here please help.

So as your media registration is done, i guess you can go there on 5th itself.

Hey, if you have an auto consultancy service then you can easily get the business registration done! Business registration is for those who are some or other way related to auto industry.

I can get there without registration too right. Because in visitors registration too, they are asking for office address, designation n all. I am just an engg student. I dont have an office or designation.

I am sure, for general entry, one doesn't need anything, but there will be more rush.
