Please add the latest after-wash photographs. And no offence, but I personally dislike those multicoloured LEDs in lamps. Have seen many trucks using them. Eh.

Yep , just to see how weird is it , i bough them! but not that weird as i imagined. Didnt click after the wash , will be polishing it to make all the dent and defect in body line to shine to max!! will click in evening during the polish. Now its lunch break

refixed the old speaker back and it sings!

And about the timing belt.
the "gates" brand was for petrol accent and only Original was available at the spare shop

bought them for extra 500/- and what i found inside , Mitsubishi belt!
i know hyundai engines are derived from mitsu , but this belt is with mitsu logo!

As vibhor asked , the before and after effect!

First one is before polishing , next followed by work in progress!

Agree , the bumpers are badly faded/damaged[frustration]

this is the maximum gloss it can attain. [thumbsup]

yep need some bumper repair and painting!

ok the Tai sticker on my ride. Mod as usual duplicate this too in sticker thread.

Today the coolant was changed.
shocked to see old one , it was brownish and mud like!

Had to do a flush radiator till the water became cleaner(it started from dark brown) , then new coolant and distil water!

Thank you for these pictures. The shine is absolutely noticeable after a Pro-wax job and TAI Sticker finds its apt position too. Perhaps you would like to repair the broken bumper because replacing it completely will not make a wallet-sense.

Busy days , suddenly freed , even sunday feels boared!

Only mech and me went to garage , opened up my rear wheel drums , to find left side wheel brake cylinder leaking ,
The car had New brake shoe. but they have not replaced the cylinder. one side is leaky .

Planning to replace both side wheel cylinders. to be in safe and tension free ride.

brakes in hyundai is cheaper for the quality they provide.

we generally advice our customers to replace the cylinder from hyundai.
best quality and resonable price.
so will be with hyundai service on tuesday or monday evening. for rear brake cylinder replace. and also planning to replace the front calliper kits.

Left to brake service yesterday evening 6pm.
phoned today morning 10.30 pm to say , replace the front caliper pin. - reason at last.
they said , the car is ready . hope they are working in shifts!

Now the bill
brake fluid half a lit - 116/-
lh cylinder assy - 771.24/-

rear brake cleaning 150/-
front brake cleaning 175/-

cylinder kit rh - 148/-
consumable charge 30/-

Total 1503/- inclusing all taxes.

i instructed them to replace both the cylinder though one was good , they did just one saying other is good and they will replace only if its faulty. fine move

now the caliper pin part.
in service they said they have packed with new grease and now the sound is arrested and fine.

the sound was heard for last one month . i though it must be the skid plate under the engine. we lost all the 4 screws and after the clutch and other replace ment we were searching for them. unable to find , made the hole bigger and fixed some other screws. i though that covering plate was vibrating.
mech did a test drive that day and they were focused on clutch part. yest when he took it for a spin he found this caliper pin noise. it was exactly like a metal vibrating noise. i could not still believe that a calipper pin make such a huge noise.

Overall now the car has become super silent , the rythem of diesel engine is like a melody to the ears.

You serviced at authorized Hyundai workshop? It's nice to know that they work throughout the night hours.

Yeah at hyundai service. Only for brakes. Original brakes are damn good and also price is fair.

Also my mech send Hyundai cars for cylinder replacement to them. we do change the pads and brake shoe with kbx and tvs brand . But cylinder , no branded thing is available yet in market.
