Can these type of exotic cars be imported by a common man in India? or is it possible to import these cars before they arrive/enter into India?

And if yes will the on-road price of those cars be cheaper than the ones in India after including excise and customs duty?

Anyone can import them buddy as long as one has the desired depth in their pockets. There are "made to order" provisions by many OEMs operating here so that can be used otherwise still many people get the foreign spec model imported here in India like a rear sight of latest LHD car. Apart from that there is a scheme called "Carnet" in which one may bring the foreign vehicle to India for a period of 12 months and before the 12 months end, the vehicle needs to go back to its home country.

Import duties are pretty high for the cars and can range from 100 to 200% or in some rear cases even more. So, after paying all necessary charges, I think directly imported car might cost a bit cheaper than the one which is bought through the dealer because dealers earn a hefty margin in imports.
