by the way, does anyone know if one needs to fit rear parking camera in amaze, any holes need to be drilled in the bumper? also can the connection be taken from tail light wire? If not any other way?
There are two types of Rear camera's , one ,which should be placed on the bumper which need's to be drilled and the other one which can be hided under the logo, like for the Hyundai car's for example [:)]

chill buddy,he was just shooting a point [;)]

hi vishnu, i am a newly joined member of the forum and have been following your posts and must say the amount of detailing and care for your car is too good. i own an Amaze i-vtec VX MT.Regarding all these modifications would like to know how does the warranty thing works out?as i see u had been installing new speakers and tweeters and maybe a new HU,so will this upgrade void the warranty?as i do like to upgrade the HU but am worried to do so coz of warranty reasons.please advise. Please keep posting the lovely pics of your DIY's and keep inspiring us!!!Cheers!!!
like deville said , no wires were cut on any of these modifications and hence no chance in voiding the warranty.

of course , Thank you :)

Hi Vishnu,

Just wanted advice regarding touch up paints. Yesterday got bruises on my rear bumper on the left side as the bike bumped it at a very slow speed in bumper to bumper traffic [frustration]. Due to which there are 3 spots of paint chip off on the bumper.

I was looking for touch paints and came across com-paint, so wanted to know if you have tried this product, also is it really very easy to paint it yourself or should I go to specialist. And if I need to go to specialist how much the approximate cost should be for touch up paint?

Thanks and Regards

First, are those scratches that bad ? I also have got a scratch that some devil minded idiot made while my vehicle was parked. I haven't done anything as the whole part should be painted to get the exact finish and didn't want to spend Vitamin M for that:tongue:

If you can post a picture of the scratches kindly post one here and if it's not so bad , better leave it untouched [:)]

Hey Vishnu

Where did you buy those pedal clip-ons from? And how much did it cost? I want metal pedals for my Vento (the A.S.S here doesn't have one for the Vento and the Polo GT TDI one costs Rs. 16000+ it seems!!!!!!!) but I don't want the Sparco ones. I want something plain and simple that would look stock. Any idea where I can get it from?

Regards,
Vipin
