From where exactly is the noise coming from ? Left side of the Hood or what ?[surprise]



That is something which they are not able to identify. The whistling noise is due to air seeping in through some gap, either the windows or gaps in door frame or god knows, but it starts only after crossing 80 and vanishes when speed is reduced below 80 [frustration]
That's sad [cry]Check out the front bumber and front wheel well area. May be any of the panel's have been misplaced and locked which in turn produces that sound.

Finally they were able to resolve the problem. The noise was due to air rushing in through gap between the A pillar and front left door, this was due to rubber insulation on door frame had come out.

Finally the car is back and waiting to cover many miles [:)]

Rubber insulation on driver side door frame is coming out on my Amaze too within just 2 weeks of use.[frustration] will take the snaps and send them out as a complaint to Honda CC.

DIY Rockford Fosqate Component Speaker Installation

So what next was i planning after getting those door damped ?Of course, what else rather than an ICE upgrade[clap]

Will be upgrading the whole set up step by step! And as a first step, Installing The Rockford Fosqate Component speaker's was first on the list

Was searching for a place to keep the tweeter's. Thought placing it on the door pads might look awkward and hence came up with this setup!

BTW, where did you buy the carbon fibre vinyl from and how much did it cost you? Was that a DIY as well? Did you use a heat gun to stretch the material?

It's available in Thakaraparambu, a place in Trivy [clap] it cost around 55/sq.m.

Yes that was also a DIY and no Heat gun was being used [evil]
