One day, While my car was parked a Safari driver while reversing hit the back portion of my car. I have attached the pics. Kindly guide if I should get it repaired from an FNG or claim insurance. I think I have a 25% NCB
1st year - 2 claims
2nd year - No claim
3rd year running - No claim till now.
FNG has quoted a cost of ₹3000. Service centre guys want to replace the bumper, plastic side panel and dent, repaint the remaining part quoting sth more than ₹10-15,000.
Another thing, since this accident I am hearing a very low noise from the back tires. I have shown it to the FNG, who said it not really an issue and may be due to tapering of tyres. Service centre guys wanted to charge ₹1000 for a mere inspection, so didn't get it done there. Should I go for claim-insurance, and get this issue checked within that?
