Sorry to hear that, but howcome the dent is back? Without even an impact!
That's very puzzling. It can happen if they did not repair it properly in first place. The metal does get weak at the place of the dent so if proper putty and heat is not applied, it can go back to it's dented form if temperature changes rapidly.

There are many such stories on internet where people have complained of dent reappearing after a month.

But as usual, the bodyshop guys at VW Lalbaug Workshop in Mumbai flatly refused to own up any responsibility. [anger] The best they could do was offer 10% discount on Rs. 4500 which would be the cost of repairs.

Update on the service and dent work repair:
After 1 month, the 2 repaired dents have returned at exact same place. I had just left the car in our garage and in the morning there were those same dents. The bodyshop guys said that it's an impact (even though there is no obvious impact damage like chipped paint) and refused to repair it under goodwill. I have lost faith in them. It was clearly a shoddy work.
I am not surprised that they did not rework on the repair.

Did you try to contact the insurance provider? Because the work done has to be inspected by the agent working on your case, only after his satisfaction the car is handed over to you. You can ask him why did he pass the work without proper inspection.

Buy Original leatherette seat covers from showroom itself for some bargain (I got it at around 4k last year while they quoted it at 7.5k)

Also, go for 3D kagu mats. I dont think you will like any other mats once you go for these

An update after a long time.

Went for a trip to interiors of Maharashtra around Pune area. It was a fantastic experience. The car handled very well.

My cousin who had only driven Wagon R and Maruti 800 before got the chance to drive my Polo. He was blown away and said he cannot believe how comfortable the ride was. All the Maruti Suzuki cars of the world cannot match the ride quality of our Polos.

This is the pic of Ganesh Temple at Lenyadri

Will post more pics later.
