Electric vehicle manufacturer Ultraviolette has introduced its electric motorcycle F77 in the Indian market today for a starting price of Rs 3.8 lakh. Ultraviolette has introduced the F77 as a high performance electric motorcycle. The company has garnered over 77,000 bookings for this motorcycle globally. This motorcycle was scheduled to be launched in India a few years ago but it got delayed due to the onset of the pandemic.
The Ultraviolette F77 electric motorcycle is powered by a 10.3kWh Lithium ion battery pack that produces 38.9 bhp and 95 nm of torque. It offers a range of up to 307 km. Ultraviolette has introduced the F77 in three variants - Airstrike, Shadow, and Laser. It has three riding modes - Glide, Combat, and Ballistic. It is made in India, made for the world product, with global certifications. The F77 was developed in India in Ultraviolette’s R&D facility in Bangalore.
Speaking on the launch of the F77, Narayan Subramaniam, Co-founder and CEO, Ultraviolette, said, “The F77 is a result of Ultraviolette’s relentless pursuit for design and performance, and we can proudly claim that it is the most powerful electric two-wheeler in India with industry-first tech architecture and features.
