The 2025 Tata Tiago NRG has been launched with a series of subtle design updates and new features. Prices for the updated 2025 Tata Tiago NRG range from Rs 7.2 lakh to Rs 8.75 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Tiago NRG is designed to be a sportier version of the standard Tata Tiago hatchback. Though not as popular as the regular model, Tata has introduced some updates to the Tiago NRG in the form of new features and a new gearbox and engine combo as it looks to enhance the appeal of the sporty hatch to customers.
The exterior of the Tata Tiago NRG has received minor enhancements to give it a more rugged appearance. The front bumper is redesigned with matte black cladding and a thick silver skid plate. From the side, thick body cladding and an infinity black roof with integrated roof rails add to its adventurous look.
At the rear, the vehicle sports a muscular tailgate with similar thick silver skid plates and black claddings as seen at the front. A shark fin antenna and NRG badging on the right side of the connected black panel between taillights complete its sporty design.
Inside, the Tiago NRG features a charcoal-themed cabin with black seats, dashboard, and other elements. The Tata logo on the two-spoke steering wheel is illuminated and the updated model also includes keyless entry, push start-stop button, auto-folding ORVMs, and steering-mounted controls. The new floating 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Safety features include dual airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESC), and now a rear parking camera for added convenience.
The mechanical aspects of the 2025 Tata Tiago NRG remain unchanged with petrol and CNG powertrain options available. The petrol engine delivers 86 PS and 113 Nm torque while the CNG variant offers 73 PS and 95 Nm torque. Both options come with either a 5-speed manual or automated manual transmission (AMT). A notable update for the 2025 Tata TIago NRG is that the CNG variant is now offered with an AMT gearbox alongside the manual option, providing more flexibility for buyers.
