XUV advantages over Storme,as per me:

1. Better 3rd row(front facing).

2.Better safety kit(ESP,Roll-over mitigation and 6 airbags

3.better looking dash

Superbad I strongly feel this is not true, 3rd row Cabin volume remains same in STORME, In fact the jump seats are wider then previous models so now it is little more comfortable in storme than dicor.

@ RAJA, though XUV has 3rd front facing seats but the leg space is horrible in that sense storme offers better leg space even you can stretch your leg.
carrying bean bags in 3rd row for long ride may adds additional seating comfort in safari. we use to fill bean bags in between 2rd row and jump seats so it increases support to sit.

i meant the headroom in the third row is reduced to that of the 2.2VTT.

though by shape it is the same, but the usable area has reduced.

Superbad honestly speaking I dont see any difference in space, in fact (3rd row) seats and seating felt good in storme compared old safari.

Here is dharmesh if iam not mistaken he must be 5"8 or 5"9 and the SA also same height as dharmesh and see how they can seat in a storme on the last 2 rows.

Don't know if dharmesh will have the same smiling face after 50 Kms or after a stretch of bad roads . and the SA already looks tensed and has anticipated some agony

Now can some 1 post a pic of last row of xuv with passengers seating ?

Although looks are a matter of opinion,the strome just takes it from me. First time ever I really like an Indian car.
The XUV looks good,no doubt but is overdone. Those fake nets around do take some appeal and also the grille.
Strome is a much more elegant car to look at and love those lights and that chrome above the grille. And that hood scoop kind of thing also looks great.

When i first saw the Storme in flesh, i thought, what did Tata really do to this thing? It doesn't look special, it has lost the masculinity where the old Safari still has it.What's even more disturbing is when i stepped into the interior, the dash looked very basic with couple of A/C controls in it, the HU doesn't look like OE one where as in many cars the integrated HU units looks very posh.It's the hype ony through ads and events, nothing so special about it.

Okay just for you i take my words back on my comment to the XUV, but I change Vote for old Safari and never for the Storme, what say?

It doesn't look special, it has lost the masculinity where the old Safari still has it.What's even more disturbing is when i stepped into the interior, the dash looked very basic with couple of A/C controls in it, the HU doesn't look like OE one where as in many cars the integrated HU units looks very posh.It's the hype ony through ads and events, nothing so special about it.

Thanks for your effort atleast. I agree electronics are very few in Storme and XUV got loads of electronics but it also comes with some extra money.
may be this kind of features are 1st visible to the buyers so it is + for XUV.

If it comes to hardcore Car design and technology(not electronics) Storme as 100% advantage, It got expensive X2 BOF construction which offers + for a SUV, TATA have done a very good job in ride and comfort area which is most important for any car since we buy cars for our comfort only.
XUV score + for its features
STORME score + for every thing apart from electronic features.
According to me one who is looking for car which looks more advance in electronics should go for XUV
And one who is looking for Car which offers Comfort/good ride/heavy duty truck/SPACE/with all basic feature like ABS/EDB/music sytem/connectivity/easy to drive in city or highway should go for STORME LX or EX

another set of people who requires XUV+STORME then they should go for ARIA

My view which are mentioned above are not considering looks since looks are subjective. we have people who like STORMEs looks and also people who like XUV so we cannot put our own opinion on looks.

So People who are looking for car which has STORME+XUV features should go for ARIA with no confusion.

Again it is my own opinion and it may vary from person to person. people who are in market for this three vehicle ARIA always score + in all area.

No No, I mean to use bean bags along with jump seats to get more support in seating, fill bean bag between 2 row and jump seat it offers more space. I tried this in my safari my friend slept there comfortablily. again you have to try and give feedback if my idea works for you.
