I am totally disappointed with this LED bulb and I called the accessories shop guy and he agreed to take back this. So yesterday I returned this LED bulb and put Philips HB3 9005 X-treme Vision Headlight Bulb (12V, 65W).
Was this after alignment? Could you provide more detail?

I've been curious about LED headlamp retrofits, and would like to know.

I was going to comment on this that day, but I waited till install, and results are quite expected.
Headlamps are very precise contraptions and require the light rays to emanate from the same size/Intensity/Density as stock filament.

The bulb you brought has way too many emitters and the way these emitters are mounted create a very wide body source of light. Best beam patterns on LED bulbs have happened only when LED developers have tried really hard to match the original filament positions and dimensions.

Noticed I had forgotten to reply this, so here goes-
Replies in BOLD.
Many thanks for posting the link here - Gone through all item so far, Your posted link looks like the most compatible one in theory. Model B Looks like it but it may not accommodate the bulb at all like my stock one did. The listing says, Model A is universal and sure shot - I can't understand though..How it works?
As mention bhvm the LED will fit in my system like,
1.H4 Rings goes first
2.Not Detachable Metal Wire Close the H4 Ring (Like Closing a Gate)
3.Dust Cap Goes Then
4.NOW...I need to Insert the LED Bulb and hoping for luck
5.Then the connection and stuff.
Correct

My question, who hold the Model A Dust Cap?

Its usually friction fit. The outer edge of rubber boot goes to certain ring on Headlamp itself. and Inner edge goes to H4 Bulb. Finally the power socket presses everything in place and holds it well.

Found this video on youtube which says the bottom washer must be reached to H4 Ring which is not happening in my case with stock cover

I wonder Model A & B let me do that?
I think type A or C.
as these have very narrow openings, they can be cut using sharp blade just the right size to let LED bulb sit and keep dust out.

D could also be interesting. If you can just pass the wires inside and keep entire boot stretched out (elongated) as much as away from the fan and heatsinks. The LED bulb will have its small cocoon of space inside this boot without causing too much fuss.

I still suggest try getting your car specific boots from junk and mess with them. These might not friction fit very well.

Hello RIX,
I don't have first hand experience with 4300K LED projectors. Can you send me a link?
The glare is absent with 30w LED bulb. And Its not much of a modification so i guess sticking to the bulb shall be easier & cheaper option.

What High beam bulbs are you talking about mate?
sir i managed with something for activa 30w Cree LED bulb which i got from aliexpress https://youtu.be/6tII2LwQEr0 [:)]

I was earlier using the night eye led, but they had a lot of glare for the oncoming traffic. Now I have ordered these:

How is the design of this. The only reason I am getting this at this point of time is the 4300k color temperature. Please share your thoughts, I will add a review after i recieve them.

Its been 4 months since i switched to LED headlights. After numerous long highway trips at expressways and country roads, i'm impressed with the capabilities of LED headlights so much so that i can't even think about switching back to halogens. The high beams are really effective even at highway speeds of 100 + kmph. I wasn't very happy with the LED fog lights upgrade but it has grown on me and i turn the fog lights on every time i hit the highway. Fog lights are very effective in spotting the potholes and speed breakers. Thanks to the LED headlights, i prefer most of my outstation highway trips at night these days. It helps me save time and also reduces the mental stress of dealing with the rogue traffic in the day hours. The chinese LED's have been reliable too since i must have used them for at least 4000 kms in last 4 months and they have held up well so far. Here are some of the recent pics. pics are in the order No lights, FOG lights, Fog lights+ low beam, fog lights+ high beam.

I has installed Phillips led ( headlight bulb, fog lamps, parking bulb) on my swift dzire. Its just plug and play, No wire cuts and Harm to electrical System of the car. I am not a fan of upgrading high wattage halogen m. But those philips leds work awsome on low & high beam as well but accurate cutt off. Since 1.5yrs had got no problem in Rain and in foggy weather as well. [:D]

If your concern is the electrical load, I'm fairly certain a 1W differential won't be an issue.

Honestly, I'd be surprised if those bulbs actually pulled that much energy, but it could be due to the attached cooling fans.

Hi,

It should be fine to use it directly as 1W will hardly matter. And 36W would not be the true power it must be rated output power.

If you can share the details of LED would be able to confirm the real power.

Hope this helps.

Regards
