Congrats.
I believe the washers go at top and bottom of tube to hold the yellow tube in place.
Unscrew the black top cap, Insert washer, Insert tube, Insert washer, screw on top.
Thank You for the confirmation - There is only two white washer So I guess each bulb get one washer to hold the yellow plastic tube...Though fitting of the washer is not good at all, it's tendency to bend...below is the picture. (Right Click and open in new tab for detail view)

Also the bulb's entire housing which is heatsink and fan section entirely stuck with rubber dust cap and 5-6 min running the bulb leads very very hot metal fins. Is that Ok - Isn't there is a possibility either the Rubber melt or the bulb blown out ?

Below some picture which will clear my statement

Please let me know if this is OK ?

1. The washers are getting pinched. Try shifting that washer to bottom of the tube. Maybe its not meant to be on top. Or maybe they forgot to add 2 more washers. try using thin rubber band if it helps.

2. try pushing the rubber boot forward if possible. It appears that entire boot has suffocated the fan and there is no space left around it to suck cool air. Maybe so its getting quite hot.

3. Rubber will not melt. Rubber is designed to take halogen heat which is more than 200.C. LEDs will melt far before rubber melts. Cree LEDs run little hotter, but its OK as long as chips stay below 95.C. Such temps feel very hot to touch but are actually OK.
As long as you are not burning your fingers, LEDs are fine.

4. Try this-
Twist remove that Metal plate with 3 tabs. Fit that plate in car socket.
Install rubber boot.
Install LED bulb finally from outside trying to keep as much as fan outside by pressing the rubber inside.

Well....After some long try, I finally like to address that there is no way to Install this product in my Car which is MS Ritz 2013 Model with H4 Head Lamp.

The Headlight Dome does not allow to let me twist the Bulb into place and fit unless I Cut or Tear down the Dust Cover, Which I will not do. I can't do the thing which I post in my previous post picture number 2,3 & 4 - It is impossible.

Fitting the bulb without dust cover - sure in 2 mins.

Another thing I like to mention - With Yellow Tube (4300k) the light intensity is not much comparing Philips Xtreme Vision 60/55w...XV looks better...This LED shine without the yellow tube.

So Overall outcome of this thing - DO NOT GO FOR ANY OF THIS - Unless you like to cut or modify the dust cover or run without dust cover. - It completely fails project.

Thank You...

Ah thats sad!
try getting spare rubber boots from junkyard and mess with them.
A little cutting and then some sillicon caulk to keep water out will help finalize these once you are satisfied. Silicon can be cut if needed for an upgrade.

Sorry to hear about your ordeal. I know the feeling of waiting for 2 weeks for the product and then the damn things doesn't work out [frustration]i had posted my situation few posts back.

The LED lamps you ordered looks pretty big. Cn360 LED headlights which i ordered was small enough to fit inside the dust cap.No modification was required.

Last week on a road trip and did ~900 kms out of which 700 kms was done during nights and early morning hours. During the trip i had passed through a section with very heavy rains. I was expecting the LED's to perform terribly in the rains but to my surprise they help up did pretty well. In fact i was able to maintain 60 kmph during heavy rains while the other cars with halogen yellow lights were struggling.

Thats not his problem sumesh, problem is he is using the older style Dust cap (90s style) where bulb fits in first, dust cap goes in and THEN power H4 socket goes in. So wires are visible outside. This style is usually employed on tractors/trucks or older cars.

Modern cars have moved to completely sealed dust caps where wires are inside only. Smaller bulbs do help only in completely sealed dust caps as they did on my i10.

Many thanks for posting the link here - Gone through all item so far, Your posted link looks like the most compatible one in theory. Model B Looks like it but it may not accommodate the bulb at all like my stock one did. The listing says, Model A is universal and sure shot - I can't understand though..How it works?
As mention bhvm the LED will fit in my system like,
1.H4 Rings goes first
2.Not Detachable Metal Wire Close the H4 Ring (Like Closing a Gate)
3.Dust Cap Goes Then
4.NOW...I need to Insert the LED Bulb and hoping for luck
5.Then the connection and stuff.

My question, who hold the Model A Dust Cap?

Found this video on youtube which says the bottom washer must be reached to H4 Ring which is not happening in my case with stock cover

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbmpVINgghQ

I wonder Model A & B let me do that?
