Retrofitting Cruise Controls on Indian Cars

Have any one any idea or information if Cruise controls can be retrofitted to any Cars in India.

I will be very particular about Hyundai i20 Elite and Mahindra Scorpio S6+.

Any information on retrofitting CC will be very helpful.

It cannot be done safely and successfully and even if someone agrees to do it, I will advise against it.

May be possible in cars which, topend varient coming with CC. Scorpio full option model coming with CC, so it may be possible by adding/ replacing parts. But i am not sure about i20.

My answer would be if ASS guys are ready to do it,then its fine.Else it is not going to last long and can prove as a bane later on.

It is possible to fit cruise control but the guarantee of the safety is very concerning .You woudnt want something to go wrong on the highway .There are some manual cruise control kits online not the oem type but its not worth the risk involved as per me

Actually, all cars come with cruise control- its the driver's right foot.

But seriously, is there really a lot of point? I find, when driving in city of course, you hardly get out of 2nd gear! And on Friday, I did a 15km run without ever using 5th!
