Query: Leather Wrapping For Dashboard

Hi All - Iam planning to do the leather wrapping to my punto dashboard. Please let me know if you guys already done any leather wrapping for the dashboard. Actually i thought of exchanging my punto(2012 diesel, emotionpack), but showroom guys are evaluated at 2lakhs. But iam not interested in that selling it for that price as it is perfectly running condition. Iam planning for little make over for the interior. As the dashboard became pale and the top layer paint is coming out.

Leather wrapping would give a premium feel, if done with lot of perfection, else it would spoil the everything.

Secondly my assumption is, if the gap between different components on dashboard is not available, then 1-1.2mm of leather sheet will make everything loose fitted; which will spoil the aesthetic.

Instead I would suggest to change the dashboard if it fits in your budget. And add some wooden finish if you wish.
