QJ Motors Enters India: Launches Four New Bikes

Zhejiang Qianjiang Motorcycle Group, one of the largest two-wheeler manufacturers in China, has announced its debut in India with the brand QJMotor. The company is controlled by the Geely Holding Group.

Founded in 1985, Qianjiang Motorcycle sells vehicles under four brands: QJiang, QJMotor, Benelli, Keeway Motors and KSR Moto. It has launched SRC 250, SRC 500, SRV 300 and SRK 400 in India.

QJ SRC 250 is powered by a 249 CC, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that produces 17.4 BHP and 17 Nm torque. The SRC 500 with 480 CC, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor delivers 25.5 BHP and 36 Nm torque.

On the other hand, SRV 300 offered with 296 CC V-Twin engine produces 30 BHP and 26 Nm torque, while SRK 400 generates power from 400 CC Parallel-Twin engine which churns out 41 BHP and 37 Nm torque.

Prices (Ex.Showroom): SRC 250: ₹1,99,000, SRC 500: ₹2,69,000, SRV 300: ₹3,49,000, SRK 400: ₹3,59,000. Bookings have commenced across India at Moto Vault dealerships for amount of ₹10,000.
