Problem With Maruti Swift CNG

hi, i own a swift 2010 vxi. i bought it used and it was already fitted with cng when i did. however before starting to use cng, i went to a cng service guy last night, and he told me that the car doesnt support a regular cng fitment and if i continue using it, i will face many problems such as virus in ecu and regular missing or a push back when converting and also some problem with the air filter, he strongly adviced me to switch to sequential type. please suggest as i'm really appprehensive about driving my car on cng now. please reply soon.

No doubt car will run better on sequential. But that is not to say it wont run satisfactorily on old system at all.
Suggestion : Find a more trustworthy cng service guy.
