Hi garry,
First of all I would like to ask whether you have all painting equipments?
Painting compressor is required and if we do by ourselves it will not look good and finishing will not be so neat. It has some procedures too.
It is better to do at work shop. Or else our professionals will help you.

ADS99@ Bro I know getting professional finish is tough DIY but yes not impossible. I did the front fender(LEFT SIDE) myself on which the paint was brushed out by and auto rickshaw... Don't have the before pic but you can see the finished touch.

But it looks little dull. Good job buddy.
It is metal so it worked very well.
When you do in bumper use plastic pramer first then do painting.
You dont need suggestions because, you have done a good job.

Can anyone tell me where can I buy Plastic Primer in Delhi NCR or Online. I have seen some of the people using Bosny spray cans, but dont know where to get them.

If you get a painter that can do one bumper for Rs 1000/- also is a bargain, its good to see that you want to do a DIY but if you can get it for a less price you might want to spend rather than doing it yourself
Again its your choice, not trying to kill your DIY spirit

Yes the free flow intakes and exhaust do have a significant positive effect in terms of power and efficiency but the difference is hardly noticeable. Although you can mate these with other mods like ported and polished piston heads and throttle body or a remaped ecu to get a punch out of your engine.
