Mileage Problem in Kinetic Honda ZX. Please Help Me

Hello Everyone, I am a newbie to this site. Please Help me.

Let me Introduce my Kinetic Honda to you.
It is a Kinetic Honda ZX Model/Batch : 1995-1996.
It is a 18 year Old Machine.
When Bought It gave an Awesome mileage of 50-60 Kmpl Even Though a Two-Stroker.
It was(2001) touching 60 Kmph and not anymore and gave a Mileage of 30-32 Kmpl.
After More than 11 Years, I gave my Kinetic Honda ZX to my nearest Mechanic for carburetor cleaning and the normal general service.
He has been awarded the best Mechanic for tuning two stroke bikes for racing performance.
I got it after 2 days.
He gave me the bill of Rs. 1750
The Power was Incredible.(Now also).
I filled fuel for 100 rs with Oil.(8 rs oil, 92 rs petrol).
Got a very very worst mileage of 10-12 Kmph.
In the year 2001 i was giving full throttle and it would be going 60.5 Kmph.
But Now(2013) When I give Full Throttle it reaches 70-85 Kmph without any stress.

What to do now?
Did he only clean the carb or he tuned it for performance?
If he tuned can i ask him to tune the carb for mileage?
I want the same Power.(it can be a little amount lesser).

Please give Suggestions.

Hi,
Please have a look at the below thread, I have posted a pic of the carburator in Kinetic Honda with the screw adjustment info, you can google it as well, there are plenty of relevant search results too. Its a common issue with most 2 wheelers, both 2 strokes and 4 strokes.
