Max Budget: 10 - 12K. Need Help in Upgrading Wagon-R's Existing ICE!

My Wagon R currently has a Sony CD/FM Player and two Sony Xplod speakers in dashboard.

I want to upgrade this system by installing a bass tube/sub, two rear speakers (6*9 coaxial) and a amplifier to drive the sub/bass tube.

Issue is that I don't want to spend over 10-12K for this purpose.

Please suggest some basic Sub woofers/Speakers/Amplifiers which falls in my budget. Preferred brand is JBL - open to any others also.

Amp - GTX 646 4 Channel amp around 6000

Wiring and box - 2 K

6X9 - JBL GTO 949 - 4 K

This exceeds your budget marginally. This is the best setup you can opt for .
