Did any one replaced the bulbs for the headlights, sometimes I feel that light is very mediocre?

I replaced the stock headlamps with 90/100 watts. That is a way refief when I do drive in the nights and as I do drive mostly in nights it is much helpful no more guessing i the blind spots.[;)]

Hi caasberi,

You Ertiga looks great. I re-booked mine after cancelling from 1 dealer. Same Color- Granite Grey.
Have some queries though :

Central Armrest : the dealer was saying the user will have a problem is handling the handbrakes, since not easily accessible ? What is your experience ?

Door Wooden paneling : How much did it cost you and from where you got it done ? I assume somewhere in NCR region.
Is the paneling only for doors or dashboard, Music system, AC vents etc as well ?
Hi Rohit,

Many congratulations (I presume you must have got the delivery by now [drive]

Sorry for the late reply. Have been travelling so couldn't log in.

Thanks for the compliments. Have added a few more things , will be posting pics now..

Well regarding the Armrest, the dealer is right, it does hamper the accessibility but trust me , you get used to it in no time. And its not all that inconvenient and unsafe. You can easily and conveniently lift up with armrest when not required to easily access the handbrake.

regarding the panelling, I got it done from Vikas Puri (Car Studio - 9810926008) I cant recall exactly but i guess it was some 4 - 5 k for the entire wooden kit that includes Four door panels, AC vent and gear console panel.

Allot of action I have missed. Particularly the Sun Roof prank. thats an Awesome job done. Great going Manj.

Have added a few more accessories, thought of updating you all.

Added Sun Film (Without any colour) Though in the pic it seems to be a beige film but its really not , that's just because of the reflection

Attaching the pic below..

Also got the front end more aggressive. The ERTIGA Feliz job done here..

[lol][clap] Awesome.....Really impressed with the Sunroof / Vinyl ..

Also wanted to check, what is the size of the tyre?? are they the stock tyres??
HI CAASBERI, thanks
your ertiga feliz is looking awesome

the tyres in my erti are stock, but they have come out a centimeter or two outwards, giving it the feeling of an upgrade/up size,i carefully choose a negative/minus alloy to get the same

negative alloys are hard to find for ertigas pcd but if any one wants to try
here is the model
Welcome to Neo Wheels - No. 1 Official Brand

search for krush bm 15 inch

one warning though, your car will be muddy as the tyres will throw mud onto the body during monsoons[drive]

i love the negative alloys and this is what i did with my alto k10{i am just posting this picture here for information,moderators please remove if inappropriate}

hai rohit0103

i have also fitted a central arm rest, i absolutly agree with[/B] caasberi on this.its annoying for just two days, then you get used to it so quickly that now i cant think of removing it.i have noticed that me and my co passenger always uses it.its a must have for ertiga.
still, if you want you can fold it entirely backwards as if there is no arm rest fitted

one warning though:check the model before you fit, pull the handbreaks all the way up then see if the armrest suits well.then only ask to fix it or else your hand breaks cant be pulled up fully, thus making the parking in slopes dangerous

one thing more choose for the model which opens up, so that it can give you a lot of storing space as well, some models even has a cup holder for the rear passengers

take care

Hi Rohit,

Many congratulations (I presume u must have got the delivery by now [drive]

Unfortunately, No. I dont understand why the waiting period is over 6 weeks in the times like this in Pune ? May be Top-end, with Alloy and gray color. who knows ..
i think i would rather go for dashboard trims than the actual inserts..And definitely the Armrest, thanks to you. Gives the vehicle a class.

I had seen the Silver grill on the Dzire at showroom, not on Ertiga though, and IMHO (please dont be offended..), it looked cheap and garish in daylight.
Again, no offense to you please.

I asked the salesperson, why not a chrome Grill..but he said it would be too expensive. Although, I saw something like it on modifymycar.in.
But , not sure worth 5K.
