This news (link) came on 2nd Dec 2018 and I missed it. A very very critical and useful Judgment to decide amount of compensation. Lawyers may find this a very useful judgment. On the side note, the accident happened on 17th June 2008, and the family gets verdict for compensation in Dec 2018.
