Hi @harishankar. Have you considered the Skoda Kylaq? Tata Nexon could be worth looking too. I suggest these because safety is your top most requirement. However, their aftersales could be a hit or miss depending on the local dealership. You’ve already ruled out the Mahindra after-sales elsewhere, so 3XO is not in the equation. Otherwise, Maruti Brezza / Fronx are decent contenders.

Thank you. I did consider Tata Nexon, Tata Punch and even the Hyundai Exter. One of my relatives found the Skoda maintenance was too expensive which made me wary of any Škoda option. Eventually I ended up purchasing the Brezza LXi variant (since all Brezza variants come with 6 airbags as standard now and a previous model scored 4 stars in GNCAP). Which was a tad above 10L but fit my needs well and also the family wanted me to go for Maruti Suzuki after seeing my struggles with the Mahindra ASS experience.

By the way I wanted to look at Mahindra 3xo despite my aversion to Mahindra service quality but the local dealership was not even interested in my inquiries as They have a waiting period of 1 year.
