The new Hyundai Venue N-Line has been launched in the Indian market priced at ₹12.16 lakh . The sportier iteration of the sub-compact SUV primarily competes against the recently launched Kia Sonet X-Line. It is the second N-Line product after the i20 in Hyundai’s line-up and as per the Korean automaker, they are slated to launch N-Line variants of more models further in the future. Bookings for the Venue N-Line have already resumed and one can do so either online or at the dealership and the booking amount is set at ₹21,000.
The Venue N-Line has been developed to deliver a sportier ride. Subtle tweaks have been made to the steering input and suspension settings, wherein, the latter is stiffer than the regular Venues. On top of that, the Venue N-Line will also benefit from a dual sporty exhaust, just like the i20 N-Line.
The Hyundai Venue N-Line is powered by the same 1.0-litre Kappa turbo GDi petrol engine that produces 118.35 hp and 172 Nm of peak torque. Hyundai’s 2nd 7-speed dual-clutch transmission handles the transmission duties. The same set-up is also available with the standard Venue Sportz variant.
Some of the standout design features of the sporty SUV include, a dark chrome grille, sporty tailgate spoiler, red highlights on the exterior and sporty black interiors with red inserts, and red brake callipers for the front wheels. Several N-Line emblems can also be found on the dark chrome front grilles, side fenders and tailgate.
Also, the Venue N-Line will be available in five exterior colour options. Aside from the stadard Thunder Blue with phantom black roof, there's also the Polar White, Polar White with phantom black roof, Shadow grey and Shadow grey with phantom black roof.
It gets 20+ standard safety features. Some of these include, vehicle stability management hill assist control, dual airbags, electronic stability control, all 4 disc brakes, ISOFIX seats in the second row, ABS with EBD, Brake Assist System, Parking assist sensors and camera with dynamic guidelines and a headlamp escort function.
The Venue N-Line also gets a unique dashcam with a dual camera, something that cannot be found in the Venue’s variants. Aside from that, the Venue N-Line will also feature Home to car (H2C) with Alexa and Google voice assistant, in addition to 60 Hyundai Bluelink connected car features.
