This is a query about what parts to order for service for my i20 1.2L Petrol Asta 11500km.
I bought it in 2013 and I hav enot tended to it in detail except to submit it regularly to Hyundai service center. The service center is generally reliable (once they inspected the oil and called me back to say that it need not be changed, the very opposite of a rip off) but they don't accept outside parts and I want to experiment a bit.
I have ordered the following:
- shell ultra helix 5w40 synthetic oil - this is a bit different from the recommended 5w30 but am OK with this
- KN Air Filter (K&N 33-2960 High Performance Replacement Car Air Filter)

My query is whether I am on the right track in terms of compatibility for the above items (except teh engine oil). At present as per service manual nothing else needs to be replaced, and even the air filter is probably cleanable but I have an itch to scratch.
