where is your friend located at. can you ask him his driving style. so far I've tried all styles. no benefits yet no changes besides bikers over taking me :(.
this is my last chance I'm giving the dealer if its yet not sorted il go to this guy sunil shanbaugh i think in dadar and make him diagnose and write a report and then come back to my dealer or go to hmp in cotton green. btw which dealer in worli?

My friend is in Nasik. I asked about your problem and he said that he drives normally upto 110 Kmph and occasionally touches 140 mark. He said he only fills HP petrol. As far i know he not racer so he drives within his limits.
Dont know the name of the dealer in worli but will tell u later.
I think it is better to raise this issue to higher authority in HMP.

we guys are no racers either if till 110kph he gets that average and with the traffic then i guess there is some serious issues in my car as just for checking the mileage i have limited my top speed to 80kmph since the past one month but no improvements.

Hey Guys , Finally got my White Verna Diesel Automatic SXO . Handed it over to our forum friend Vinie to wave his magic wand . The car is a beauty and the diesel engine is absolutely awesome . Add to all this is the Auto Box which makes it the best mid size saloon for high traffic city like mumbai . Now after a couple of days of use you really feel like saying " What A CaaaaaaR " [thumbsup]

i just cover 4000 kms in my new fludic Verna crdi in a month or so but consistently geting round about 14 kmpl with more city and hilly area driving like shimla h.p and some trips too plains area of punjab etc what i want to ask all fellow verna crdi owners is this figures is justify, as in hilly area lots of gear change is required.

@neil this is not a taxi taxis are the toyota crown and they are different in color
@shubham great even i covered 4000kms but I'm still stuck with bad fes
and yes hilly regions use more fuel and frequent gear changes make fuel economy suffer as well as frequent clutch usage.
just drive your car on the highway and see what you get

Thanks Guys , It was a 6 month wait . But now it looks like well worth it . The car has got Projectors fitted and the whole Hog of Audio Upgrades done , Tyres Upgraded . Most things picked up from you Guys on the Forum .
