Karthikeyan just check with sundaram honda and olympia honda ? Last week they had vmt petrol readily available. If you are not specific about particular colour then just try it. You can pm me I will try checkin other dealers too.

yes I am in touch with Capital Honda Chennai.

Mine is a Golden Brown Diesel SV.

I have already made the payment by loan. Now I am stuck with Capital Honda.. cant change now.. They are hopeful of delivery by this weekend. lets see

Gandhi Sir,
now they have arrived at a conclusion that TEMP registration is not possible, hence they have to give me another car now. The V variant is priced 62k more than SV variant .. is it really worth paying that extra ??

Guys what will be the price of 3d mats and nomad mats for honda city. One shop quoted me 3d maxspider for 5500/- I thought only nomads comes in this range. Please help me.

Here is pune, 3D MaxSpider is for 6500/- and Nomad is around 5500/-.

Hope that helps.

If you are planning to get nomad, then suggest you to look for DIY noodle mats.

I got for my CITY for 2400/- beige color.

Hi Shri,

I have inquired at two places
1. bafna cars (bafnacars.com) ( Shop is Next to Apache Bar on F.C Road, Pune )
2. CarAx ( Shop is near to balewadi stadium, near to orchid hotel, Pune )

If you made the payment in full, the price change should not affect you. so please mention the payment activity in detail.

V vs SV
Advanced Integrated Audio with 5inch Screen.

Tweeters, Fog Lamps, Alloy wheels
You get good after market alloys, fog lamps for City. Fog lamp &Tweeters can also be installed as after market accessory from the dealer with warranty.

Foldable ORVM with turn Indicator, & Rear Parking Camera
You may miss this when you needed. You can get it as accessory. After market parking sensors & camera too available with cheaper prices.

Chrome Handles
I really don't like the chrome handles.

Now the VFM question:
SV is VFM. With the difference amount, you can buy good accessories like alloy wheels, Fog lamps (with DRL), camera or Parking sensor.

Now, they have billed another vehicle of the same variant at the same price for me. Delivery this month end.
So it will be SV diesel in Golden Brown. I will put that same black sticker around the front Chrome grill.

Hey gandhi I am a silent reader of your forum and i really like your ashtra and her modification.
I am also planning to buy honda city but I am confused between V and SV variant of the car.
I prefer SV Variant as I can get fog lamps, alloy wheels, chrome handles for aftermarket.
Few points want to discuss with you.

1. Can I get the ICE exchanged from the dealer or is it possible that they take back the ICE and give me money against it because the ICE does not appeal to me.

2. Regarding electrically foldable ORVM, Can I get it as accessory from the agency or should I look for it in aftermarket.

3. In SV variant there are no power sockets with rear AC vents but does it have provision for it or not.
